Breakfast for the last several days has been from another great recipe out of Raw Food Real World.
Using our oven as a dehydrator we made a couple of weeks worth of raw cereal from buckwheat. The recipe is called Cocoa Buckwheaties and 30 second nutmilk – mmmmmmm. If you’re on the fence about trying raw recipes this is such a great book to experiment with, and with this dish you can make enough to store and eat for several weeks. The only additional prep for morning breakfast is the 30 second nutmilk, which takes about… 30 seconds to make, and seriously if you can’t work 30 seconds into your schedule you probably need to make some other changes. Just sayin’.
